Shipping policy
SHIPPING - ORA Fabulous Fibres ships everywhere!
We are based on the east coast of Australia and aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. We will contact you if a delay is anticipated.
All orders are packed in a complimentary unbleached calico drawstring bag which is perfect for storing your projects.
We use fully compostable, zero waste and reusable mailers for shipping.
Domestic Shipping
We use flat rate tracked shipping via carbon neutral freight services.
Standard Post: $10.90
Express Post: $13.90
Due to increasing fuel surcharges, and in order to try and maintain our usual shipping charges, we have had to introduce a new flat rate for orders under $20 - Standard Post for orders under $20: $14.90, Express: $17.90
International Shipping
Shipping is weight based and is calculated automatically on checkout when you complete your shipping address. Express shipping is also available as an option on checkout. We use tracked shipping via carbon neutral freight providers.
ORA Fabulous Fibres is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes which may be levied after dispatch of your parcel.
