Our chunky Recycled Wool and Silk Yarn is crafted from the remnants of traditionally crafted fabric and is ideal for knitting, crochet and weaving.
The fabulous colours and chunky texture is perfect for hats, scarves, mittens, gloves and weavings.

- 100% Recycled wool and silk
- Weight: 100 gm / 3.52 oz
- Length: approx. 30m / 32.8 yards (sold be weight)
- Approximately 7 wpi (wraps per inch)
- Needle/hook: 10mm +
- Sold as a skein
- Care: Hand wash in cold water and dry flat in the shade
Beautifully warm, soft and squishy our thick and quick yarn is easy to use! Our Recycled Wool and Silk yarn is hand-spun by women cooperatives to earn their livelihood.
We used a 10mm needle for the green beanie shown and 1 skein (toddler size). Use 2 skeins for adult size. You may need a third skein if you want to add a foldover edge to the brim. View more details here.
