In our latest creative inspiration post, we’re excited to showcase the extraordinary work of fibre artist Marguerite Larmand, who has used our natural Nettle yarn in Parchment to craft a mesmerising "cloak" that blurs the lines between wearable art and sculpture.
Marguerite drew inspiration from the serene beauty of snow, skillfully working with the variations in the shade to replicate the delicate layers of falling snow in various tones of soft white.
The texture and colour of the nettle yarn perfectly mimic the subtle shifts in shade that snow creates as it settles, giving the piece a quiet, yet powerful presence.
Marguerite’s artistry shows just how beautifully natural fibres can evoke the elegance of the natural world.
Yarn: Nettle in Parchment approximately 14 skeins
