Our Founder

ORA Fabulous Fibres is more than a store; it's a passion project born out of my lifelong love for crafting. From my childhood days learning crochet, knitting and sewing from my mother to my love for nature and the Australian Outback, ORA is a celebration of sustainability, colour and texture.

Now joined by my husband Alex, we are on a mission to offer artisans and crafters top-quality yarns that not only inspire creativity but also champion sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Alex, with his background in manufacturing and quality management, brings a wealth of expertise to our operations. Alex ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and his dedication to efficiency and excellence ensures that we can continue sourcing and delivering the highest quality sustainable yarns to our valued customers.
