Returns

ORA Fabulous Fibres gladly accept returns for unused items which are in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at orafabulousfibres@gmail.com within 60 days of date of purchase and we will confirm your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Items agreed to be defective or damaged will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day. Please contact us at orafabulousfibres@gmail.com to initiate this. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved we will process within 1 business day the refund to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
