We gladly accept returns for unused items which are in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Items agreed to be defective or damaged will be refunded in full.

We are unable to accept returns on Gift Cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

On approval your refund will be processed within 1 business day.
The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
