I purchased nettle yarns and hemp yarn recently. Previously ordered various colored raffia yarns. I am very happy with these unique yarns. I will be using them in experimental tapestry work where I limit myself to these yarns as well as paper yarns, etc.

All 5 stars. Everything about this purchase was stellar. The difference between the coned yarn and the little balls is minimal. The balls have sizing on the yarn while the coned fiber does not. Sizing washes out when blocking.
This was the 1st purchase from Ora Fabulous but they were the last global source for this particular discontinued yarn as far as I could find. Not the 1st time having something shipped to Colorado, USA from Australia but it arrived when expected, in good condition and I even got a partial shipping fee refund. This was a very good experience and now I have a new yarn store in Australia.

This silk stainless steel is surprisingly very soft. Makes good crocheted jewelry. The yarn is simply wound on a cone instead of in a ball there is no difference between the picture and the product. Since this company is gone I have been trying to find what I can so I can keep making things.
I have enjoyed this yarn so much! I bought it on a whim just to see what it is like. It is softer & heavier than wool. The color is rich. I don't know how it compares in terms of warmth but it knits up beautifully with lots of tufts & texture. It needs no fancy design elements - it is stand alone yarn.
